Pool Return Repair (Under Deck): $1475

Spa Return Repair (Under Deck): $1675
Duration: 1 to 2 Days
Details: This service involves repairing spa return jets for an “in ground spa.” It involves cutting a 1’ x 1’ square in the deck in order to access the leak. In which we’ll re-bridge the connection and re-attach a new line connecting the air blower for proper air flow.
Spa Return Repair (In Spa Wall): $3,275
Duration: 2 to 5+ Days
Details: Leaks in the spa returns are typically inside of the spa wall for above ground spas. In order to repair this leak we have to drain the spa and cut away at the concrete from the inside of the pool. Once we fix the leak we’ll reseal the area with concrete and then match the plaster type.
Skimmer Replacement: $1,975
Duration: 2 to 3 Days
Details: Skimmer replacement involves removing and replacing a damaged or malfunctioning skimmer, which is essential for trapping debris and maintaining water quality in your pool or spa. Crack Repair: $175/ft + Plaster Patch
Duration: 1 to 5+ Days
Details: Crack repair includes draining the pool, repairing cracks at $175 per foot, and applying a plaster patch to restore the pool’s surface. In this process we cut at the concrete surrounding the crack and then inject a polyethene solution inside of the crack. Once it’s dried we apply new concrete on top and match the plaster. (We found through our experience that this method is much better and longer lasting than staples.)

Past Repairs
Epoxy Repair:
$75 per application
Duration: Same Day
Details: One of the weak points that all pools experience is the grout/hydraulic cement starts chipping away over time. We add a two-part epoxy in order to re-seal the skimmer throat.
Pool Return/Jet Repair (Under Deck):
$1,475*
Duration: One Day
Details: When the leak is under the deck, we cut a 1’x1’ square above the leak. Once we remove the concrete we then dig out the dirt and cut both sides of the leak and then re-bridge the connection. Then we re-fill the hole with concrete. We can provide aggregate and broom swept but not specialized decking. If you have a specialized deck and would like the patch to match the rest of the deck, we can leave a quarter inch available.
Spa Return/Jet Repair (Under Deck/Below Ground):
$1,475*
Duration: One Day
Details: If you have a spa that’s flush with the deck and the leak is located at the fitting underneath the deck, we charge a different rate than above ground spas because leak located in above ground spas are typically located in the spa shell as opposed to underneath the deck. We treat this fix the same as an under deck pool repair but there’s more work as you have to re-attach the blower line as well.
Skimmer Replacement:
$1,975*
Duration: Two to Three Days
Details: When the leak is located at the fitting connected to the skimmer, we spend 1-2 days on demolish to remove the old skimmer and enough of the deck in order to make room to re-bridge the connection. The 2nd and/or 3rd day is spent re-bridging the connection, pouring new concrete, and applying hydraulic cement in the skimmer throat.
Plumbing Repair (Under Dirt):
$975*
Duration: One Day
Details: When a leak is located under dirt we charge a lower amount as we don’t have to cut through the deck.
Spa Return/Jet Repair (Above Ground):
$3,475*
Duration: One to Five Days
Details: When the leak is at the spa jet, that means it’s inside of the spa wall. For these types of repairs we drain the spa and make the fix from the inside. Once the leak is fixed we have to re-seal the spa with concrete and re-plaster to it’s original state.
Crack Repair:
$150 to Drain Pool/Spa + $175/ft + Plaster Patch
Duration of Fix: TBD Based on Footage
Details: With crack repairs, we drain the pool or spa and then grind away the sides of the crack to get close to the outer shell. We then inject the inside layer with polyurethane, re-seal with concrete, and then re-plaster over the crack. (Plaster will be matched)
